Beverly Sandock, Ph.D.

Beverly Sandock, Ph.D., is an Academic and Executive Function coach with deep expertise in ADHD and Learning Disabilities as they affect both children and adults in school and workplace settings. She helps clients build the strategies and confidence they need to succeed academically, professionally, and personally.

Beverly earned her M.Ed. in Reading and Learning Disabilities from American University and her Ph.D. in Higher Education from the University of Arizona. She has more than a decade of experience at the college level, including serving as Associate Director at the S.A.L.T. Center at the University of Arizona, where she supported students with and without ADHD and Learning Disabilities in developing critical learning and executive functioning skills.

Her specialties include improving core academic skills such as reading, writing, and spelling, as well as guiding clients to strengthen prioritization, time management, organization, task initiation, and sustained attention, which are all essential tools for academic achievement and workplace success. Currently, Beverly also serves as President of the Learning Disabilities Association of Arizona, advancing advocacy and resources for individuals across the state.

Beyond her educational expertise, Beverly brings experience from the nonprofit and communications fields, including her work with the Jewish Federation of Southern Arizona. This background enriches her ability to connect with clients at all stages of life, whether they are in school, pursuing higher education, or changing or advancing in their careers.

A transplant to Tucson after living in Chicago, Washington, D.C., New Orleans, and Columbia, Missouri, Beverly relates easily to people from diverse backgrounds. She is passionate about helping individuals define and actualize their goals, maintain focus, and overcome challenges—transforming obstacles into opportunities for growth.
